Dear members of the Cardinal Village Working Group,
Let me first begin by thanking you for your on-going and early participation in the pre-planning for the new community of Cardinal Village. I hope you have enjoyed your summer thus far.
As promised, an additional meeting of the group is being called for Thursday, August 30 to discuss next steps.
This will be an opportunity to review some of the work completed since the last meeting. You are invited to join us at 7:00 p.m. in Room 340 at the Orléans Client Service Centre, located at 255 Centrum. Topic discussions will include natural heritage/parks, commercial development and transportation. Break out rooms on the same floor (Rooms 342 and 344) have been reserved for that purpose.
A tentative agenda is provided at the end of this email for ease of reference.
I hope you can join me for this session. Both Steve Gauthier and David Atkinson from the City’s planning department will participate in order for them to hear your feedback at this early stage.
