ITS TIME TO PAY ATTENTION – In an effort to keep Cardinal Creek residents apprised of the largest single development in Orleans history (Cardinal Village), the CCCA Board of Directors has released a draft summary of a workshop held by Tamarack Homes Ltd with the Cardinal Creek Community Association and the Cumberland Community Association on August 30. This summary captures the essential elements of the discussion and may change slightly as we obtain input from others.
The CCCA is making its input public so that CCCA residents can see what we are saying about future growth and development plans that will directly affect Cardinal Creek residents in years to come. If you are a Cardinal Creek resident and you have salient points to add, please send your comments to secretary@cardinalcreek.org. Alternatively, Tamarack Homes Ltd is planning on hosting a public meeting on September 24 or 25 for you to express your views directly to them and to Councillor Stephen Blais.
