There are only a few weeks to go before the Blackburn Hamlet annual Cancer Chase 5 km run/walk to raise money for the Ottawa Hospital Foundation on September 27.
Advance registration through the Running Room costs only $25, plus a small administration fee, and comes with a locally produced t-shirt. Or you can show up the day of the event and donate any amount you wish.
